Do I Need to Set Up an Account to Place an Orders?

To shop online at Hopscotch ,you do not have to create an account necessarily . Instead, you can use the “guest” checkout feature to shop. However, by creating an account, you can: Manage your account details, track your order status and review past orders. Furthermore you can save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience. Moreover you will be informed about our new arrivals along with special online promotions and discounts! What if I don’t get a Sales Order Summary?

Sales Order Summary is essentially a soft receipt that would be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at 042-111-467-467 to confirm your order.

Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

How will I know that you have received my order?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at 042-111-467-467.

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

Yes, we will be able to edit/modify your order within 1 hour after your order has been placed, once the order goes under processing no changes can made in your order. Furthermore We have the right to cancel the order anytime, before shipping as per availability of stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you email us to cancel your order before dispatch.

DELIVERIES

What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery can take between 3-4 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.

What are the delivery charges for local and International orders?

Flat shipping charges Rs 150 on every order in Pakistan and USD 200 for international orders.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will receive a text message/SMS via courier service which will include your tracking number so that you can track your order online at all times.
